Wasatch Education Group (WEG) is a senior-led education research and evaluation consultancy that helps organizations rigorously examine their programs—from how they are implemented to the outcomes they produce. We draw on applied research and evaluation methods, paired with our expertise in educational leadership and policy, to generate clear, decision-relevant evidence about what is working, for whom, and how to strengthen programs and systems.

We operate as a nimble, senior-led team of independent consultants with complementary expertise in research, evaluation, and capacity-building. Each project is intentionally structured to bring the right expertise to the work, whether addressing organization-wide priorities or focused program-level questions.

In addition to conducting original research and evaluation, we synthesize academic research and design research-informed tools that support organizational improvement and decision-making.
